Bird Plus Plane Equals Snarge

It’s a bird; it’s a plane; it’s a snarge. That’s what Smithsonian scientists call the result of a collision between a bird and a plane. Analyzing snarge DNA could lead to less snarge.

As a followup, did you know that there is an Official FAQ regarding birds striking airplanes? I just figured we all needed one more thing to fear while flying, because having your landing gear not working and being forced to crash land isn’t enough.
